How we work
You work directly with the engineer designing and building the system. There is no handoff between a strategist, an account manager, and the person doing the work.
We look at the real workflow, the people involved, and the systems already in place. Then we define what should stay native and what needs to change.
We start with Notion's own products and proven patterns. This keeps the system easier to maintain and gives your team a familiar place to work.
We add custom tools only where they earn their place. Then we test, document, and hand over the system, or stay on to keep improving it.

I work across workspace design, Notion's developer platform, and custom web apps. The goal is not to replace Notion or rebuild native features. It is to make the whole operating flow work, including the parts your clients see and the systems outside Notion.
